How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges? We offer free shipping and handling for all products to to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metropolitan areas.
We are a local Australian company and only deliver in Australia at moment.
To see the cost of shipping, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your postcode and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the size, weight and number of items in your order, where your items are shipping from (we ship from a network of warehouses all over Australia) and where your items are shipping to.
What shipping options are available?
Usually, we use Front Door Package Delivery (e.g., AU Post or Allied) to your delivery address.
When will my order be delivered?
In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. AU Post or Allied) to your doorstep to the address you have given. Depending on the workload of the shipping company, shipping takes 3-10 working days. * Please be noted that all information regarding the shipping duration is estimated. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.

Faulty/Damaged Goods Returns
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange, if the following requirements are satisfied:
- The item is a manufacturing defective good (The cause of the fault and the problem with the goods was not your fault);
- For some technical goods, we reserve the right to have returned goods assessed within a reasonable time frame by the manufacturer, technicians or a third party to determine this, including whether the goods are defective or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting;
- The item is wrongly described (misleading);
- PLEASE NOTE: Consumable parts or accessories provided CANNOT be the reason for refund.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the all cost occurred.
Change of Mind Returns
Our goal is to ensure that each customer has the most hassle-free and easiest online shopping experience.
We fully understand the concerns shoppers go through when shopping online. Should you wish to return anything after purchase, we are more than happy to process refund or exchange to another product, providing that the following conditions are met: Returned at buyer’s expense in a resalable condition and not damaged in any way.
- If customers have difficulties to return, we could provide courier collection service, 10% fees may apply.
- In other condition (eg.used/broken/scratched by customer): Depreciation is an inevitable part of the product.This starts from 5% and further deduction fee is subject to the result assessed by technicians.Inspection will take no longer than 7 days after return is received.
- A return request should be made within 7 days of receiving order (based on courier delivered date )
- The original packaging must also be returned in original condition, otherwise a 5% repacking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
A:We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB). You can also opt for PayPal to pay for your order.
Q:Where can I find assembly instructions?
A:We will add a copy of assembly instructions in every product package that requires assembly. You can also contact our customer service via email to get one.
Q:Which payment methods do you accept?
A:We accept payments through the following channels:
Credit and Debit Card – Payment can be made through our website with all major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and also using via ApplePay, Shopify Pay,After pay and Google Pay. We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform for its robust security aspect and payments are handled by them on our behalf.
After pay
Bank Transfer – Payment can be made via BACs or IBAN transfer to our bank account.
Trade Payments - We provide proforma quotations and invoicing for business sales through Xero and payment options include BACs or card payments. Please do not send a bank transfer without contacting us first.
Q:Is online payment Secure?
A:All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Shopify merchant pay system, which is run by Stripe, is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We choose Shopify as our e-commerce platform for its robust security aspect.
Q:Where do you deliver to?
A:We deliver throughout the AU.
For NZ and other overseas destinations we offer free collection from our AU warehouse.
